    Nexon posted a patch for JMS version 338 upgrade to version 339.
    You may download this patch from their official site and begin creating your pre-patcher now.
    Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

    Hayato and Kanna revamp, according to Uni's blog.
    Login screen showing gender restrictions removed

    Basically a Hayato buff and Kanna nerf from the looks of it.

    I would say otherwise.

    The main concern for Kanna (apart from the skill%s) were the Mana consumption/recovery.

    I can see a few skills that like Aran's combo recharge and improvement to recovery rate, which I assume will be happily welcomed by Kannas. (then again their main attacking skill now uses more Mana.. I guess it's hard to tell how much an improvement it is to mana consumption:recovery rate until it's live)

    Does the new artwork mean that Female Hayato and Male Kanna are finally available in JMS?

    >They turn all the Shikigami Haunting element buffs into passive, not neccessary but ease the trouble to cast it every time anyway.
    >A 30 Mana recovery skill with 5 sec cd in 3rd job, not too bad.
    >Increase the mana consumption of Vanquisher's Charm from 3 to 12...seems like they don't want it to become Kanna's main mobbing skill.
    >Yeah, finally a hyper skill that increases Max Mana, but a 15 increase looks very insignificant

    I was going to make videos about these changes, but after review of the game... Fuck this game. Hayato now has Flash Jump, skills no longer combo together (at least as fluidly), and the new Shingitai system is just horrible.


    Instead, have some pictures.

    JMS now has a "loading screen" upon startup of the client.

    So Kanna recovers Mana similar to how Zero recovers TF. I'm okay with that.
    And they can now move with Vanquisher's Charm...


    Well now Wind Archers are the only job without a mobile hurricane. Great.

    Oh, and the Vanquisher's Charm Mana increase isn't as bad as you guys think. It's per second instead of per hit now.

    I don't get why they didn't just make the hyper for mana give 50.

    Because mana increase is in line with all the other Hypers: 15% increase, and they promptly forgot that DS also has a Hyper skill to give 50 DF...

    According to Silver Bullet blog and jMS official website,
    -Attack 10 times -> 2 times delay 930ms -> 570ms
    -Godspeed Shinsoku hyper still gives 1 extra hit

    Before: Shinsoku with hyper
    1000ms / 930ms = 1.07 attack cycle per second
    1.07 * 11hits = 11.82 hits per second
    With booster, around 12-13 hits per second

    After: Shinsoku with hyper
    1000ms / 570ms = 1.75 attack cycle per second
    1.75 * 3hits = 5.26 hits per second
    With booster(assumed it works), around 6-7 hits per second.

    Correct me if I am wrong, after revamp Hayato 1v1 skill got nerf.
