What will be unavailable:

• Star Planet, Boss Arena, and Cross World PQs will be unavailable. All other contents of the game will still be available.

• Apply a fix for the connection issue with one of the Star Planet mini-games

Notice seems to be either a mistake or a bit premature. The notice was removed from the site and Star Planet is still down.
They updated the times.
