Compensation for Holiday Connectivity Issues
Hey Maplers,
As many of you are aware, over the holiday break, we experienced interruptions to the service across a number of our games. These issues, as we have stated, were related to an ongoing Distributed Denial-of-Service attack on our services.
Though we are constantly working to make strives to ensure that these attacks can be dealt with more quickly in the future, we wanted to reach out a hand of appreciation for those of you who have been affected by these attacks (hint: everyone) and show our support for your patience and understanding while we have been dealing with these issues.
Here, you can find a poll for voting on a number of different compensation packages that we have created in order to provide options to you guys, the community, so you can vote and have your say in what kind of compensation you would like.
