So was this just server maintenance?

It was supposed to help/solve the NGS thing, with (apparently) mixed results.
It also changed the Cash Shop to have multiple servers, to hopefully solve its connectivity issues. (This is the reason our server status page shows Cash Shop to be offline, even though it's working.)
I've no idea whether it addressed the dupe issue at all.

I've heard it did nothing for this.

This maintenance revived error code 11004 for me. I once again cannot open the game through the website. :/
