Dear players,
Early this morning we experienced a concentrated DDoS attack against our services which resulted in a temporary loss of service.
We realize that this attack occured during the 2x EXP & Drop event. Unfortunately attacks of these kinds aren’t something we can completely safeguard against due to their unpredictable and sudden nature.
Our IT and production teams have been hard at work overnight shutting down potential avenues used by the hackers and will continue to monitor for additional attacks.
Apologies to our loyal players for the inconvenience caused.
