We are still experiencing technical difficulties with our Customer Support system which is causing delays in responding to current tickets and preventing the creation of new ones.
If you have an existing ticket open we will respond to it as soon as possible. Any players with a new request, or an urgent existing request can email us at customersupport@nexon.net while we work to get normal services back online.
Please use the game name as your subject field (i.e. MapleStory) and in the body of your email include the following information:
- Character name
- Server
- Account Name
- OS version
- Description of your issue
- Ticket # (if you have an existing ticket open
