I guess it's a small fanreference rather thna actual confirmation of a name though.
As far as I was aware, Frieza's family is an anomaly in his race, and every other member is like Yamcha-tier powerlevel?

I'm late, but I came in his thread and immediately assumed the movie was poking a reference at Maximum The Hornone's F, only to find out in this thread that they're legitimately using the song in the movie anyway...
I haven't heard this song in years.
There's a particular line in DBZ where one of the Ginyu guys makes the reference "mutants like us", although there might be something lost in the translation, like it could have meant more like "aberration" or "unusual" as opposed to an actual genetic mutation.
That said, this whole movie and Xenoverse just REEK of MeepSheep's Law...

Has now become an actual serious franchise (although that's not gonna stop me from poking fun at it). I redirected all references to Xenoverse to track back to the AF article. ^__^
PALETTE SWAP FRIEZA IS UNSTOPPABLE! :D
Chapters 2 and 3 are up on mangastream for the moment.

If anyone is interested, BigBadToyStore listed Figuarts figures of and Golden Frieza, which will be released in November.
Am I the only one that really loved the Super Saiyan 4 transformation on both Goku and Vegeta? S.S. God looks underwhelming to me.
