Mostly a backport, but they've also flagged all offensive weapons with a new flag; weapontype_combat

Curious to see what this is for.

Ah, looks like we've added a new feature flag; gfTalentRenovationCloseCombat

And some skill revamps to the following;

Giant Swing Attack
Final Hit
Smash
Stomp
Assault Slash

They changed up some variables and formulas, as well as the conditions for leveling them.
