Nexon posted a patch for KMST version 512 upgrade to version 513.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin creating your pre-patcher now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!
I am sure it's a video and graphical assets for the previously 'previewed' Black Mage Battle 1. If that's indeed a major story event, then the audio and video will take up a lot of space.

1. Dual Blade
Dual Blade has many high damage skills, but also utility skills that lack severely in damage and presence. Some primary skills have had their damage increased, and Chains of Hell has had its invincibility duration increased so it can be useful. There was also a bugfix to Final Cut and a cooldown reduction for Asura to improve smoothness in boss fights.
[Chains of Hell]: Added a cooldown. Can be used during other skills. Until the attack is completed, you will have full invulnerability.
[Blade Fury]: Damage increased.
[Phantom Blow]: Damage increased.
[Final Cut]: Reduced the movement when activating the skill. Fixed an error where activating Final Cut and having a pet cast a skill would crash your client.
[Asura]: Cooldown time reduced.
2. Buccaneer
Buccaneers have high efficiency in the field, but aren't particularly strong in boss fights. Fist Enrage's damage has been increased, and Ultra Charge and Counter Attack have had improvements added. Unity of One's maximum stacks has been increased so it can perform better.
[Fist Enrage]: Damage increased.
[Ultra Charge]: Stance Rate increased.
[Counter Attack]: Activation cycle, activation rate, and duration have been decreased. Added a damage reduction bonus while it is active, and its damage bonus has been increased.
[Unity of One]: Cooldown time reduced. Max stacks increased.
3. Captain
Headshot was previously rebalanced amongst the other skills but it's skill delay was still too long, so it has been reduced to improve performance.
[Headshot]: Skill delay adjusted.
4. Mercedes
When Mercedes was previously rebalanced, a significant focus was put on chaining skills together in certain patterns, and some of this was unreasonable. In particular, the necessity to start many combinations with Charge Drive was inconvenient, particularly when you didn't want to move at all. We've made adjustments to help prevent players from moving too far away from targets, so their skills will stay in range of what they're attacking.
Legendary Spear also had some anomolies when used in midair, so it has been restricted from use in the air.
[Charge Drive]: Holding the Down Arrow Key will result in the skill activating without the charge motion. The charge and toss portions of the skill have had their skill delays adjusted to compensate.
[Strike Dualshot]: Damage increased. Can be chained to Wrath of Enlil.
[High Kick Demolition]: Skill delay adjusted.
[Leaf Tornado]: Damage increased. Downward range increased.
[Unicorn Spike]: Can be chained with Wrath of Enlil.
[Gust Drive]: ^
[Legendary Spear]: Can no longer be used in midair.
[Rolling Moonsault]: Increases High Kick Demolition's damage. Downward range increased.
[Lightning Edge]: Increases Gust Drive's damage. can be chained with Wrath of Enlil.
[Advanced Strike Dualshot]: Damage increased.
[Wrath of Enlil]: When you chain skills together (with this?) the cooldown time is reduced.
5. Demon Avenger
Since Demon Avengers relied on HP, the Star Force update resulted in their efficiency dropping since it was difficult to acquire comparative amounts (i.e. any?) with other classes.
A new passive skill has been added to improve their efficiency. Demon Strike will no longer reset the Exceed counter when using it. Forbidden Contract's function has also been changed to increase damage since HP has a cap.
[Combination Star Force]: Now when equipping equipment with Star Force on it, certain skills that depend on HP will be improved. For each Star Force, your HP and certain skills will have improvements.
[Demon Strike]: When using a different Exceed skill, Demon Strike will no longer reset the Exceed counter.
[Forbidden Contract]: Functionality has been changed to increase Damage instead of HP. Cooldown time has been reduced.
6. Demon SLayer
Demon Slayer's Devil Cry range is big, its force cost is slow, and there are many instances of just standing in a single spot and hunting with just Devil Cry. We've judged that this isn't a particularly fun way of hunting, so now when Devil Cry is used consecutively, its Force cost will increase.
To combat the decline in efficiency, we'll be improving mobility skills, as well as Demon Explosion's effectiveness, and Demon Impact's boss efficiency.
[Demon Trace]: Adjusted the delay when used in midair.
[Dark Thrust]: Skill delay adjusted.
[Devil Cry]: After use, there will be a period where Force cost is increased.
[Demon Explosion]: Force cost decreased, and skill delay adjusted.
[Demon Impact]: Boss Damage increased.
[Metamorphosis - Enhance]: Added an indicator above character's heads, 5 seconds before the Damage Reflect Ignore wears off, to notify that it will disappear.
7. Angelic Buster
Since Angelic Buster's efficiency has fallen a bit, we've made adjustments to improve 2 of their buffs and performance against Damage Reflect. Super Nova will no longer trigger it.
[Lyrical Cross]: Changed from increasing Accuracy to Attack Speed and Max HP.
[Super Nova]: Ignores damage reflect.
[Soul Exalt]: Changed from 100% Recharge rate to Ignores Damage Reflect, increase Boss Damage, and increased Soul Seeker Expert rate.
Lyrical Cross now does something that isn't +Accuracy. I would have been happy with just +WATK but damn.
