Me and 2 friends lost ~50 accounts total, which including mules and our MAIN account. wth going on?
I'm going to go check all of my accounts right now. If any of them are blocked I'm going to raise unholy hell.
Is there any other way to know whether you're BillingPP banned without relogging? Don't want to relog on my main to find out myself banned :/

I mean pineapple, I can understand having one mule account if you want to store some pomegranate but damn son, fifty accounts between three people?
that's a bit excessive, even if it is to exploit the pineapple out of hot days and compensation.

Except that it's not. Sure, it's fishy and ethically gray to have so many accounts, but having multiple accounts is not against the Terms of Use.

And mentioned part of the ToU mentions nothing explicitly about having multiple accounts in and of itself. There is nothing inherent about signing up or using multiple accounts that is against Nexon's rules. I don't have the source at hand, but Nexon CMs have verified that there's nothing wrong with having multiple accounts.
However, you are right that farming compensation and hot days, which are meant to be one per person, infringes on that. This is why I said that it's fishy to have so many accounts, because it's fairly unlikely that somebody has so many accounts and doesn't abuse.
And AFAIK, Nexon hasn't made an official stance on attendance, which plenty of people use multiple accounts to farm.
I quit like 9 or 10 months ago, logged in for the first time last week to say hi to people on my main account, tried to login again today and I'm banned haha. I haven't even logged into any other accounts in like 10 months nor have i charged nx in over a year. Weird
Edit: If it helps concerning that pet equips may be the culprit, I had at least 1 full set of permanent pet equips on my main char + a series of other perm equips spread out amongst my other characters.

If it's truly a problem on their end, then they're not aware of it...
At first I thought it was an IP issue where too many people from the same IP Address logged in in a short period of time, guilty. But now having seen these outliers where people were not farming the Attendance Event, it feels more like an unintended side effect of compensating Pet Equips. If it is the former then my sister and I will have to adjust our account usage appropriately since we both play from the same location.
Are they banning for buying and selling nx?
They're really making everyone email? That's gonna take ages to resolve...

First, sorry about all the posts! So I just got word that the restrictions are going to be lifted across the board- so you DON'T need to send an email anymore. Please log into the game, verify your email (you will be prompted to do so) and all should be well.
