I think... they stealth fixed Decent Combat Orders and Blaster turrets.
There was something wrong with decCO?
Some skills have been buggy when they're pushed past the normal skill cap. Ressurection, for example, doesn't cooldown while CO is active.
Self-CO and CO cut BM's Turret damage down to about 100% (or that of a regular attack) as opposed to 153% at max level.
Of course Armor Break activation is still crap...
Yeah, though I'm unsure of what the intended rate for it is on key-down skills.
I can't imagine it is. It's only useful when bossing and we're only going to use keydown skills for bossing.
