I'd like Techies to be released last... even add a new hero (one that isn't in Dota) before him just to f'uck around with people.

Reworked Snowball into a two-part ability: one which creates the snowball, and a sub-ability to launch the snowball. You have up to 4 seconds to use the sub-ability. The area that automatically pulls allies in has been reduced. [?]

Snowball moves 75 MS faster for each allied hero inside it

Captain's draft =/= Captain's mode.
CM is the primarily used mode for the competitive scene while CD was recently used in Dota Cinema's tournament.

Some good changes in there.
Bat should still be good, but not god of base defending.
Ogre magi might be legit.
And much more, especially juggernaut changes look legit as pineapple.
I swear they hating on Bats so hard. But on the other hand I suppose the fact pros kept picking him despite nerf after nerf really meant something. That and Icefrog probably doesn't want a Batrider flooded TI4. Mirana nerf will make arrow still a good TP/channel interrupter, so I'm sure she won't be affected by this too much.
bat no longer can get a casual 9 minute blink dagger every game which even by itself is a good thing. he's just so goddamned safe of a pick. the idea that your bat won't have blink+force by about 15 minutes is laughable unless something has gone drastically wrong in every lane. and then he never falls off very hard.
