Question on extractors.

I was just curious to if anyone would have an explanation as to why a person can not use the extractor he makes. I have untradeable scrolls I would love to get rid of and I do not know anyone to craft one for me. I was just wondering why Nexon would not let me use my own extractor.

You can extract your own scrolls the same way you extract equips, but you have to have craftsman level alchemy or higher.
