GMS got a fiddy mil cap on everything so I think soul seeker went up as everyone else did?

oh, msea doesn't have the cap removed yet... even though we got our 50m dmg cap for almost a year now lol

edit: can't find the change in kms's extraction too :/ although it's already changed in kms @_@

All of Abs skills were raised to 50m when everyone else's were, with the exception of Finale Ribbon and Soul Resonance. Those are both 99m now. I wish they had snipes cap though :/
