Masteria Quest: The Right Path

In the latest patch they gave us the old NLC area. There was a quest called "The Right Path" and after doing that, it would allow you to use "Joko’s Badge Rewards" and "Fiona’s Forge". But I'm not sure on how to start this quest again. Do I have to do all of the NLC quests involving Icebyrd Slimm to reach up to that point?
I checked Hidden Street for the pre-requisites and it only gave me "The Fallen Woods".

Could anyone help shed some light on this for me?

You need the Map of the Phantom Forest, which is given to you by Jack at the start of "Lost in Translation 1"

You have to do the Welcome to NLC Quiz in order to unlock all the Masteria quests, including The Fallen Woods.

[Gymleaders]

Take the NLC quiz, and then go over to the Gorge in the keep and talk to the bandit clan and get the quest line started.
