Hard Times was unreleased and later rehashed by Brad Buxer in Sonic 3 for what we know as Ice Cap Zone.

Buxer was also the keyboardist for The Jetzons.

More of a preference than an opinion, but since you brought it up, IMO nothing will beat the greatness that is Hydrocity Act 2 :)

Mmhm. The key was to only spin dash enough so that you didn't launch too high and waste time before the wall crushed you.
