RA gear has been dropping from CRA as of the latest patch. A few hackers in my server basically confirmed it.

Yeah. I started to see random many RA equips popping up in FM for cheap price at hacker's shop so I figured it started dropping it :l
Also, I heard Evo Emp drops shoulders now or at least that's what my friend had told me.

Evo Emp+V2 drops are kinda screwed up, at least I think they are. Apparently, from what I've heard, everything drops everything, pretty much, or something like that. One of my buddies got a mage shoulder and a bowman glove or something bowman from Hawkeye.
