I know that the new Phantom NX hat has the special effect to make you float/levitate while you're standing still. Which other NX items have this effect? Any other permanent ones?

The mint/cherry snow caps make you float in a snowglobe like sphere.

It does, I think. The Empress Set makes you float, but i'm not sure if it's the whole outfit or just the hat like the phantom one.

I'm sure i've seen other people floating in the past with a "Magical Silk Cap" or something (I can't remember the name of it, but it was like a small red tophat)

For the Empress set, it's the whole outfit to make the character float. I still wear the empress overall and shoes but I don't float. Even if I wore the hat or cape separately, I won't float unless I have all 4 on.
