You also got to keep in mind that it isn't just straight 2x upgrade just by getting the wolf.
Essentially it's an upgrade of 1.6x [big spider] to 2x [ wolf] familiar. How much that .4% extra is worth is hard to estimate to be honest.

When you rely on boss drops for money, an extra .4x is a ton. Plus you'll eventually save money from not having to buy Egg Buffs ever again.

I saythis nx week was worth it to me, just because I finally got a permanent ilidamas mask [spelt it wrong, it looks like jet black scarf but has a mask part so it only reveals the eyes] from the halloween box.

Of course they wouldn't give out 1.5x exp coupons on the weekends. Not that bad though, they are giving out a lot of free crap.
