Alright, in no particular order as I dig through;

They've added our last attendance event and changed some details from event #1 indicating it may be coming back soon.
Removed the Hatsune Miku dolls, added two new Succubi dolls.
No longer can do trades while playing an instrument.

Halloween event related conditions.

Made the homestead tax font larger.
Localization translation hooks added everywhere.
A bunch of new skill XP boosting potions in various varieties and combinations.
Bunch of halloween NPCS.
Two new brooms and a chinese zombie pet.
Part Time job recipes for Heurin Engineerin and Magic Craft
Feature code required for the new version of blaze was moved to Merlin instead of the magic rebalance.
