It's 1:30AM I've been doing this for 2 and half hours... First I would crash at the queue (I was 2nd the first time). When I finally got in with a GM they failed to put me in Ban Appeal queue:

***: Nope didn't work
GM Nyurak: Once again, my apologies. As the Live Chat support feature is still in development, it doesn't always work the way we'd like.
***: I've tried to go there and it goes idle after 10 minutes, then closes
***: Yeah I noticed
GM Nyurak: Greetings! How can I help?
***: I think your ban appeal thing is not working?
***: My ticket is ____, but it has not been looked at by the way.
GM Nyurak: It appears to be on this end, however, the GMs running that queue have to individually investigate each situation, so that can take time...
***: Yeah I understand, the problem is I disconnect after 10 mins and I'm at the end of the queue every time

***: Maybe I should try it from here if it doesn't work again? To enter again

***: So summed up, 3 days ago from now, I went off my computer to eat and when I came back I had been disconnected from the game at Channel 1 in Yellonde at Henesys Market map. When I tried to log in I found I had been permanently blocked for Misconduct.

Now I retried and I'm #8 in line... Seriously.

How do you even get to the Queue? I click it and nothing happens.

9 in line and it won't show any progress.

4 hours of this soon so I think I'm just gonna give up. I'll try again next wednesday and then quit for how many years it takes them to notice my ticket.
