Edit: Thought I'd add you don't have to have purchased the heart from CS to create the android and get the perm shirt as of right now. Also, she speaks Japanese, not Korean like the other voiced androids.

So I just need to go buy the parts for like 3m each in the free market and I can get the shirt without buying the heart? Just want to be sure before I go do this.

That is correct. Once you turn the parts in to Gaga, you get the shirt. I did this last night and didn't have to purcahse anything in Cash Shop.
