Like I mentioned, I could probably come up with a better Pirate revamp. And hey, 3/4ths is better than half, right?
Okay, so anyway, don't expect this to be super high quality stuff, I'm just basing it on what I notice in RED. The changes are from the current RED revamp to this. To be honest, there are a few concepts of RED Pirate revamp that I like/expected, such as Octopush and Energy Charge being the Specialized Skill for Buccaneers. But many other things, what the hell was Nexon Korea smoking when they did this?
So here it is, be warned, it's not high quality stuff. That's what my Jett revamp is for.
Pirate:
Removed: Bullet Time
Removed: Dash (Let's face it, Dash sucks. Most other jobs have passive speed boosts, and I find Dash inefficient) Shadow Heart: unchanged Sommersault Kick→Twirling Kick: Now twirls in both directions instead of one, master level decreased from 20 to 10, range increased from 110% in one direction to 200% in both.
(lolroundhouse) Double Shot: Master level decreased from 20 to 10, now hits 4 monsters instead of 1, damage reduced from 165% to 140%.
(Hey, it's a mob skill now, would be pretty OP if it was still single target) Octopush: Passively increases jump by 10 at max level.
New Skill: Pirate Mastery: Becoming the best swashbuckler you can be, increase your accuracy, avoidability, health, and speed.
Level 20: Accuracy: +220, Avoidability: +220, HP: +20%, Speed, +40, Max Speed: +20

Moved Skill: Perseverance: Recovers HP and MP over time.
Level 10: Recovers 5% HP/MP every 5 sec
(Let's face it, Corsairs need this. The main reason I quit my corsair is because it had no defensive/survival skill, and their defense was even nerfed in Tempest patch)
Brawler:
Removed: HP Boost (effects moved to Pirate Mastery)
Removed: Tornado Uppercut (because it's weird and out of place)
Removed: Energy Tornado (see above) Perseverance: moved to 1st job Knuckle Mastery: unchanged Knuckle Booster: unchanged Physical Training: unchanged Dark Clarity: unchanged Energy Charge: Seems fine to me, so unchanged Corkscrew Blow: Master level decreased from 20 to 10, mobs hit increased to 8, , damage increased to 460%, can now be chained to other skills a la Thunder Breaker, and now has invincibility frames again. When in energy mode, turns into Corkscrew Spiral, and deals +20%, with the new effect of rushing monsters.
Returned Skill: Backspin Blow: Allows you to quickly slide backwards and elbow multiple monsters at once, damaging and stunning them.
(Can be chained to other skills like Corkscrew. When in Energy Charge mode: deals +20% damage, and distance moved back increases by 100)
Level 10: MP Cost: 20, Damage: 360%, Max Enemies Hit: 8
(Yeah yeah I know it's the same damage as Corkscrew, I never said this was top notch quality)
Moved Skill: Landlubber Blast→Shockwave: Punches the ground with enough force to create a shockwave that damages multiple enemies.
Level 20: MP Cost: 28, Damage: 440%, Max Enemies Hit: 8, tosses monsters into the air when in Energy Charge mode.
(Other Changes: Delay reduced from 1260 ms to 900 ms, now works properly on lumpy terrain, range increased from 330% in one direction to 400% on both sides with higher vertical range. With active Energy Charge: deals +20% damage, and gains the new effect of tossing monsters into the air, while dealing 50% more damage to mid-air monsters.)
Marauder:
Removed: Stun Mastery (effects moved to Precision Strikes)
Removed: Spiral Assault (moved to Corkscrew Spiral)
Moved: Landlubber Blast
Moved: Energy Shockwave
Moved: Precision Strikes Super Charge: unchanged Roll of the Dice: unchanged Energy Buster→Double Assault: Effects changed to be a punch and a kick, damage reduced from 433% to 400%. Sonic Buster→Energy Assault: Damage increased from 400% to 433%, stun chance increased from 50% to 70%. Admiral's Wings: Master level increased from 10 to 15. Now adds 30% Status and Elemental Resistance and 20% HP.
New: Combat Enhancement: Permanently increase your weapon attack, strength, and attack speed.
Level 15: Weapon Attack: 15, STR: +30, Attack Speed: +1
20New: Dragon Strike: Summons a sleeping dragon from the depths of the ground to damage multiple monsters. Passive increases Shockwave's damage.
Level 20: MP Cost: 43, Damage: 415%, Number of Attacks: 2, Max Enemies Hit: 8. Passive Effects: Shockwave Damage: +100%.
(Moved from 4th job. Now has a new effect where it launches you in the air diagonally when used (a la Diagonal Chase), and can be chained with Shockwave, like a reverse Ascension+Thunder. With active Energy Charge, deals +20% extra damage and gains the effect of stunning.)

I don't see why you consider Dash to be useless. It gave 100% stance while dashing, and increased the damage of triple shot and corkscrew punch.
Because Dash is hardly used in bossing for its stance, and the damage boost is only when Dash active. Since dash is so sensitive key-wise, i.e. pressing a completely different key may deactivate it, it wouldn't really help me out.
