Soul Master Skill, Theme dungeons & Master Monsters

OK three questions,

1) Which skill do i not max in 3rd job for my soul master, Light Flux/Moon Shadow or Sun Cross/Moon Cross?? (i think i should max Light Flux, but just to be sure)

2) Does anyone have a list(or guides) for all the theme dungeons available ?

3) Does anyone have a list(or guides) for all the Master Monster quests available ?

BasilMarket has guides from most of the theme dungeons under quests, not sure how up to date they are

Not sure what those skills are since I have no real interest in Soul Master guys, but unless you need an attack to get into a skill in a higher job, you generally max your buffs.
Attacks get replaced, buffs are always useful.
