If you get all 3 of the currently revamped cygnuses to 120 for their link, how much status resistance is that? I know having 5 is 25%, and having 1 is 5% but i think the amount from each is reduced when you have more than 1 and less than 5?

I think it's 2% at level 1 and 5% at level 2 if linked? Maybe someone from KMS can confirm.
