  1. Default Exceed + Life Sap

    Descriptions:
Life Sap (max): 100% chance to recover 5% hp on hit
Exceed: Life Sap -1% for every 20 Exceed Overload cap and 2 Overload stacks

    Interpretations:
Life Sap: 100% chance to recover 5% hp on an attack
Exceed 20 Exceed Overload cap, Life Sap -1% for 2 Overload stacks.

Tests using regular attacks (since they don't generate Exceed):
    1 Exceed: 5% hp regen
    5 exceed: 3% hp regen
    6 exceed: 2% hp regen
    8, 9 exceed: 1% hp regen
    10+ exceed: 1 hp regen
    So like it says, -1% for every 2 stacks. 0,1 = 5%, 2,3 = 4%, 4,5 = 3%, 6,7 = 2%, 8,9 = 1%, 10+ = 0%.

Tests using Demon Strike (which is annoying cause it generates Exceed):
-1% to -3% hp loss with 10+ exceed (consistently 3% at 20 exceed, not sure on where it transitions)

To do more detailed tests I need to relog and disable my Aran card, that +600/+1200 hp is severely getting in the way :|

also it will only cost hp to cast the skill if you actually hit the monster

  3. Default Re: Exceed + Life Sap

Still increases exceed counter even if the skill doesnt hit mobs or use HP. Also, i noticed something while training, if a skill uses 2% HP, and you have less than 2% HP, the skill will still be used, but you don't lose any HP.
