Off topic, but relevant to the post right before mine. The I/L Bind is a Stage One.
It looks like Kanna has the best of most worlds, at least from the Magician-line of characters.
I've been reprimanded in the past for stating that it is "good" that not all Hypers are useful, but with limited points, it is easier to choose which to use. It doesn't matter too much since the/my perceived amount of buffing both of the classes received from those specific Hypers is quite high.

My Jett revamp consists of entirely reworking the class to a "gun dance"-type deal, but I stopped working on it knowing that it was fruitless.
I think the skill should work like arrow platter, where the mage can leave it there while moving around. It would be much better than just being in god mode for like 25 seconds.
Also, my soul master's bind actually works on bosses too. Its currently at level 1 though, so it only works 50% of the time... not sure about max.
