So... last time I got a trait boost it added Willpower, this time I get willpower. Wooo level 98 Willpower for no effort at all.

I remember seeing someone proclaim, on nexon forums, how the spinners pixels are literally on the Supreme yet they still give out a nifty box. Looks like there will never be a clearly visible outcome in those situations.
