Problem with new Evo ring

So on a couple of mules I missed a day, but nexon described that shouldnt be an issue since i have a bonus day for each week. Well I cant do it now and i am getting these responses from Gaga:

Has anyone else that missed a day been able to do the "bonuis day" or is everyone getting the same issues?
