I don't think he should be gay. What do you guys think about this?

I guess MJ was a bit too much to handle for him.
Nope. I like my traditional spider-man thanks. Also being the Nerdy guy that is looking after the sexy girl is a big part of his populatiry.
That comment section...geez
For me, I see very little about what this would actually do to improve the quality of the movies or story.
I don't see these movies for the romance stories, I see them for action, I'm sure some people would love to see this, and just as many would be upset by it, but I genuinely think it would change very little for the movie itself, so I'm kind of indifferent towards it. I hope they don't sit around thinking too much about the romance stories in these movies, as they generally just boil down to the hero saving the person he loves, the gender is kind of irrelevant to me.
Now if he suggested something like Carnage being the next villain...
God damn it, gays. You have Southperry. Don't ruin Spider-Man, too.
On a serious note, this would be an awful turnaround for Spider-Man. It just... ruins the idea of Peter Parker.
You're all just racist hate-mongering homophobes.
All is going to plan.
On topic though, with all the batpomegranate insane things that go on in the Marvel universe would this really be a big deal? it wouldn't change anything about the story at all.
Ok, so we can have Peter Parker die and have his body snatched by one of his biggest supervillains, he can make a deal with the devil to save his aunt, but the idea of him possibly exploring his sexuality is "OMG NO, IT WILL CHANGE THE CHARACTER TOO MUCH"
K.
A comment on another site I read this on really made me laugh.
It said:
"Well if you are going to make Spiderman gay, might as well make Batman gay too and make him bone Robin."
lol irony.
Nahh I'm not digging the idea. Romance has always been a sub-plot for Spiderman so a whole sexuality change would be moving far too much focus from the actual point of the series - asskicking superhero.
Besides, Robin and his fine ass is already the gay superhero of my heart.
it think its a terrible idea tbh. and i think i can safely say that it will never happen.
I'd only mind Spider-Man being gay if they did it in a reboot and left out the death of Gwen Stacy. That was one of Spidey's greatest failures and character changing moments, and it was driven home by the fact that he was head-over-heels in love with Gwen, but if he were gay before it happening then what would they put in to replace that scene? Then again, they could make his boyfriend someone like Harry Osborn to add extra drama with the Green Goblin.
Or, rather than being gay, I guess it'd all be solved by making Peter bisexual. I could believe that.
pls no
I want more emma stone
At first I was shocked by the idea but then when I think about it as long as the boyfriend does pretty much the same stuff as MJ(modeling, acting stuff and don't know what else, don't know that much about spidey) I'm ok with it.
Why does a super hero need to find "someone to fall in love with?" Ugh
