HP recovery (WK skill) not working

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

White knight's skill hp recovery keeps saying "you can't use the skill yet", as if it is in cooldown, regardless of actual cooldown (it says it even when just logged in). I remember it was like that one year ago before quitting, don't know if it was never adressed or was fixed and then screwed again.

HP recovery works for me just fine.

Do you have the skill displayed in Quick Slot? You know it has a 15 second cooldown right? It's possible you may be caught in an endless loop of cooldown like some people here. Get a Buccaneer to Time Leap your cooldown skills.

something bumped you into a negative value for your cooldown. time leap should fix it.
