game won't launch

Since the maintenance ended recently, within the past hour, the game won't launch. I login, click play, and it just reloads the site. I tried the big play button on the left and the smaller on top right, just reload the page...it even adds the #play in the address bar, but won't launch the game.

Workaround: Use GameLauncher.exe in your MapleStory folder.

Well, that worked, thanks. Unfortunately there's still absurd town lag. Logged into Momijigaoka to get 1 frame per minute for about 10 minutes then crash.
