When creating a Kanna character please do not skip the tutorial. Doing so will prevent your character from progressing properly. In order to fix this issue, please delete and create your character again.

Before, when they removed Kanna creation, they also locked the first map that Kanna appears in in the Mapleworld. As a result, your character was automatically dropped in Henesys and even if you attempted to go back to complete the quests, you were unable to because you were locked out. I'm not sure if they still locked the maps, but I feel something like that is going on.
