Ebooks: Try Frankenstein and The First Law if it's available for download.
    Graphic novel: Watchmen?
Music: I normally don't recommend music since it's all about the video games for me but maybe this might be just epic enough (Note: 50 minutes long!):

As far as books go, I would recommend The Strain by Guillermo Del Tor and Chuck Hogan. Its a "killer virus that infects the world" kind of story, except the virus turns everyone into vampires. What makes this book so awesome is that they go into detail on how the virus transforms people (usually played out by autopsy scenes). Plus its got tons of vampire killing scenes. Its like I Am Legend on crack!

Aw, sweet. I didn't know Guillermo del Toro had written some books. That guys knows his way around movies involving monsters. Will check out.

Grabbing The First Law trilogy, thanks Curtiss

Welcome! While you're at it, grab Best Served Cold too: It's set in the same universe some time after The First Law and it's downright twisted and awesome.

Books: Harken, The Alchemyst series, The Gatekeepers series, pretty much anything by Lincoln Child (definitely Deep Storm), The Ender's Game series, and the Pathfinder's series.
I don't do comics graphic novels or podcasts.
Music: Muse, Skillet, Imagine Dragons, T-ARA, One OK Rock (last two are foreign bands).

The 2nd and 3rd Ender's books were the most ridiculous pseudo-science, WE ARE ONE bullpomegranate I've ever had the intense pleasure of reading. Pretty sure I tried to connect myself to the cosmos after finishing them up. And THANK YOU FOR REMINDING ME TO DOWNLOAD MUSE. One of the bands I have a few stray songs for, have always enjoyed, always intended to get more of, and for whatever reason never have.

    @ShinkuDragon
"Hey, I really enjoyed X and Y anime. Can anyone recommend another ani-"PICONOBOKU""
I do have super old physical copies of the first two Dune books high on my reading list. Looking forward to those spices.
Do you know a method of putting VNs on Android tablets? Only VN I've ever tried was Umineko, and didn't really get into it well enough. Finished one major segment/playthrough/chapter/whatever then didn't find the time to be continue.

don't ask me anything 'bout tablets, i'd assume you'd install them like any computer but -shrugs-

i'd just take my laptop and LOADS of anime myself.

Eh, they were a bit out there, but the two series get better in the later books. AS for Muse, I recommend the whole Resistance album, especially Uprising nd THe Resistance, as well as Supremacy and Madness.

And pineapple you. pineapple you, you giant pimento. Not cool, bro.

I have a cig lighter > USB charger for phone and tablet. My largely defunct laptop is just coming as a redundant hard drive for maps and campground planning I've done. And I might pull it out friend's places when I need to do heavier research on locales.

Book(s): - Cathedral of the sea by Falcones ( Interesting and historical).
    - Earth's Children series by Auel ( Very descriptive and intriguing story, set in pre-historical times. Consists of 6 books, so if you pick them up they should keep you occupied. By far my favorite series. The first two books is particularly engaging. My english vocabulary is to poor to advocate adequately for these novels, but I highly recommend them.)

Music: - The lonely shepherd - Zamfir ( Recently got this fine tune stuck in my head once again. Perfect if you are in the state of melancholy.)
    - Everything from Queen.

    Madanthony, for recommending that anime.

    Also, more stuff:
Chameleon Circuit, if you're into Doctor Who. (band)
Chronicles of Nick (mind you, this is a subseries of a bigass series of like 50 books, so, it can be a bit over the top in sheer volume. Definitely good reading though.)
Paladin Prophecy is pretty good, as is I am Number Four series (both books).
    Vladimir Todd series (book)
Burn Notice and Suits are both good shows.
Generator Rex is pretty good for a Cartoon Network cartoon.
Miracle of Sound does some great video game inspired music. (Check out his Youtube channel)
Fall Out Boy and Dropkick Murphys
