Overhead Titles

Hello again, comrades.

So I've seen many different titles displayed over different players characters. And I would very much like to know how to obtain some of these titles. Obviously there are the Silent Crusade titles, the Happy Holidays title, Valentines day title, and others are impossible to get now (Pretty on the Inside).

I would love to see something else above my head, other than Superior Hunter, so if anyone knows of any quests or quest-lines that reward different unique looking titles, please do share!

They're pretty much event related. SC and PvP ones are the only exceptions I know about.
