Humourous as it is, I'm not actually too sure if that's a good idea... This would be a good reason (read: excuse) for NK to start throwing things everywhere, whether they be rocks or... more than just rocks.

I don't think they are stupid. Literally every country is opposing them now and for many years they've been just blustering (to turn away attention from the fact that the country is in horrible state) and maybe fired some island now and then. Doubt a hacked flickr account would make them attack against superior enemies, especially cause only the North Korean elite will see it anyway. It's a troll country and they know other countries can't bother with them.

Really I don't know if war would be such a bad thing. It should be over fast and put an end to the Kim dynasty. The real problem would be mass escape and what to do after the war though.

it is no easy decision at all to start war against NK if you're keeping their interests in mind. The best example of how this isn't simple is Libya. It's also been reported many times that a big deal of NK's population does worship the Kim dinasty, so if they were imprisoned or killed, their followers would start an struggle for power that'd draw for many years. Given, their current situation might be so bad that a conflict like the one in Lybia wouldn't breed at all, or their current situation could be just as bad as if a conflict started.
