Well, I see nothing about it here but it seems Soul Weapons are on test in KMST. That alone makes of this a terrible patch.

i really dont like the idea of 'soul' weapons..... kinda feels like its forced and does not flow well. Meh, wtv, this patch was an overall fail. I feel stupid for even considering that nexon might have bee able to pull something off this time.

8 or 9. The cards should last 12 seconds and deal damage every 1400ms.

It's less overall damage (2800% vs ~1600%), but I suppose it helps if you're hitting the cap since it does more hits. The overall damage difference is very small since its cooldown is so long. This would help more in a training scenario to hit things while you're in another location.
