Weapon Mastery

Can someone tell me how much weapon mastery a bowmaster has?

Bow expert gives +70% mastery, but people are telling me that it is more than that.

I'm really curious because Cannoneers like @Overburnd; are getting a mastery buff to 85% mastery when we get hypers and for the sake of competition, I am wondering why they are getting such a massive boost.

Thanks. So bowmasters and cannoneers will have the same mastery level post-hypers. Meh.
