Public libraries don't like IPv6 :(
I'm reading a 0/10 like I ought to be now.
Your IPv4 address on the public Internet appears to be 65.43.174.17
No IPv6 address detected [more info]
Good news! Your current configuration will continue to work as web sites enable IPv6. [more info]
You appear to be able to browse the IPv4 Internet only. You will not be able to reach IPv6-only sites.
Your DNS server (possibly run by your ISP) appears to have no access to the IPv6 Internet, or is not configured to use it. This may in the future restrict your ability to reach IPv6-only sites. [more info]
Your readiness score
0/10 for your IPv6 stability and readiness, when publishers are forced to go IPv6 only
yay....
Well it's already been in progress for 10 years now...
The problem with adoption is there isn't anyone or anything to say "you must do it by this date" because no one owns the internet, it's entirely based on collaboration; In many ways ISPs are nothing more than the original P2P networks.
i have a cert for ipv6 but i forgot what i learnt during the course. :S
Sorry for bump but I'm getting a 10/10 now compared to a 0/10 I got a few days ago.
1/10
Comcast what are you trying to tell me?
And nope:Spoiler
Could it possibly be the new router I bought that gave me the 1/10?
i tried again and now i have something that says:
"Your IPv6 address on the public Internet appears to be X
Your IPv6 service appears to be: Teredo"
instead
it's still 0/10. lol
it.. also posted a different ipv4 address, which i have NEVER seen this address before
WHAT
edit: it's pointing at a verizon login page so i guess its ok
0/10 here too. Looks like I'm part of an overwhelming majority. xD;
