We have received numerous reports of malicious attempts to steal player information by impersonating Nexon through phishing emails. Always be wary of emails you receive, so take a breath and follow the tips below to ensure your personal safety.

• Email senders can be spoofed so make sure to check who the actual sender is.
• If there is a URL in the email, hover your mouse cursor over the link to check that the redirecting URL is actually the URL provided. Our URL has .nexon.net at the end. Read it carefully. Or you can copy and paste the URL to verify its legitimacy.
• The Nexon team will never ask for your PIC so never provided it in any circumstance or situation.
  If the email you received fails to meet any of the criteria above, you can report it to your email provider and then delete immediately. If you believe you may have fallen for the scam, change your account password and PIC immediately. If you cannot access your account, please submit a ticket and we will do our best to assist you.
