does it gives a exp coupon?
if so... which quest gives it?

It's something like "using coupons"

You get it at around level 60. I think it might be 58 or something.
it gives a 4 hour 1.5x exp coupon (which works like the 2x ones in the cash shop, so only accept the quest when you want the coupon)
