I get this when I try to open the KMS installer.
the GMS installer.
and any other maple story installer.

Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.

Are you choosing to run as Administrator?

I have tried every compability mode, I've run as admin, I've redownload frame.net, I've updated windows.

Has this computer ever had MS installed? Have you fully uninstalled it?

This is a bit of a reach, but can you install Windows 7 64 bit?

I've had this computer for a couple of years, and it has served me with both KMS, GMS and EMS.

I can get 64-bit, I guess. I'd just hate to reformat again, I did it 10 days ago.

Ok, so you have not had MS installed on that copy of Windows. The 64 bit thing was a really big reach, as you should not have to do that.

before I reformatted, I had KMS, Spotify, RockMelt and other smalltime programs.

currently, I have Chrome, Spotify and Skype and the few necessities, such as Flash, DirectX, stuff like that.

the current windows copy I'm using is the copy I've used since W7 was first released.

Ok, so you are still using W7, you just performed a reformat. Gotcha.

Well, as long as you have DirectX 9 installed, and you have .net, you should be fine I think. Not sure why it is causing such problems for you.

I can't find the cause for the problem either, I've browsed the web thick and thin.

I'm using NexonKR's provided download manager to download it with, to see if that works.
