New Guide System: Tot's Know How
Tots Know-How is a new guide that has been added to give you a little more help getting acquainted with some of the features that MapleStory has to offer, as well as giving you a bit more direction in terms of which quests you should undertake at your current level up to level 60. Tots Know-How is more than just a quest guide, however. The guide will also alert you to extra information about MapleStory as you level, such as how to use the Cash Shop, guild creation, macros and more.
Tot will highlight the recommended and required quests that you should undertake as they progress through MapleStory including job advancements, the Mushking Empire, and other important job-related quests. The guide system will show all relevant information pertaining to the quests it tracks, such as where NPCs are located in order to start and complete quests, as well as track what items or monsters you need to acquire or defeat. With this information, you should have an even more enjoyable time playing through MapleStory.
While Tot's Know-How guide is tracking your quests, there are also lessons that will appear as you progress. These lessons will give you useful information pertaining to your level, such as how to create and join parties and expeditions, using Cash items to customize your avatar, and more. Each of these lessons contains helpful information for players, and some of them even offer rewards.
On the subject of rewards, you will receive equips and weapons through the guide pertinent to your job, every 10 levels, starting at Level 20 on up to Level 60. As well, you will receive a special gift upon completing all the lessons in the guide, Tots Know How Chair.
The Guide System is available to all levels to look at. It is set to the - key by default, and Level 1-61 characters can also open it by clicking on Tot's icon on the left side of the game window.

- All jobs and characters that have been available in Global MapleStory will be available for creation!
- In addition to the classes and characters available in v.127, you'll be able to create:

Red Leaf High Returns
February 5 to February 26
School is back in session at Red Leaf High! This premium dungeon grants
great EXP as you progress further through it, and it allows you to earn Friendship points with four NPCs in order to earn the ability to purchase special equipable stat items: totems.
Requirement: Lv.10 or above, solo only
- NPC Boss Kumi will be in most towns. Talk to her to be sent to her homeroom class.
- The totems of Joe Joe, Hermoninny, Little Dragon, and Ika each provide different kinds of stats.
- You can venture deeper into the school for free once per day. Subsequent entries each day will require the use of a Red Leaf High Entry Key, available for 400 NX in the Cash Shop. Each key will be consumed after one use.
- You can accept a quest to receive 1 free Red Leaf High Entry Key (in addition to the daily free entry) once per character.
- The further you progress through the school, the more EXP you will earn.
- Each of the Four Pillars of Heaven you defeat will drop a Maple weapon.
- Youll be able to choose which of the Four Pillars of Heaven you want to apply earned Friendship Points toward.
- There are tons of daily repeatable quests your new schoolmates have for you to earn Friendship Points.
- As the applied Friendship Points accumulate, the ability to purchase totems for the corresponding Pillar in the Four Pillars of Heaven Shop in the homeroom.
- Each totem is a unique equipped item, so you wont be able to have two of the same totem equipped at the same time. For example, you can have a Mighty Joe Joe Totem equipped at the same time as a Golden Joe Joe Totem, but you cant have two Mighty Joe Joe Totems equipped at the same time.
- All of the totems are untradeable.
- A totem UI has been added to your equipment inventory for you to view which you have equipped. Up to 3 can be equipped at once.

Potion Pot: Rust Remover Giveaway

- Talk to the Maple Administrator to get a free Rust Remover to extend the life of an expired Potion Pot by 3 days.

Winter Attendance Check
February 5 - February 18
Requirement: Lv.13 or above.
- Click the calendar icon on the left side of your game window and accept the main quest from Cassandra.
- Click the calendar icon again, click Challenge, then accept the quest for the day.
- Check in each day and complete the accompanying quest to earn a stamp.
- Defeat 300 monsters within 10 levels below or 20 levels above you to fulfill the quest requirement. Most of Maple Worlds monsters within your level range will count toward quest completion.
- Upon completion of the requirements, turn in the quest through the event notifier (star icon) on the left side of your game window.
- At the end of each week, you can receive a reward based on how many stamps you collected that week. Click the calendar icon, then click 'Claim 1st Week Gift' or 'Claim 2nd Week Gift' to receive your prize.

Cowboy Newbie

Requirement for all quests: Must be a character created during the event period
- The quests can be accepted through the even notifer (star) on the left side of the game window.
- Create a new character and get Cash equips and special medals at certain levels.
- You can recieve the gift boxes by accepting the quests through the event notifier at the appropriate levels.
- The Cash equips can't be moved to your Cash Shop inventory, so if you want to part ways with any of them before they expire, you can deposit them in the Clothes Collector in Henesys Market.
- The gift boxes expire after 1 day if you don't open them.
- The Cash equips expire after 30 days.
- All of the rewards are untradeable.

- Carved Golden Seal: It can add another Potential line to a piece of equipment with less than three normal Potentials. Success Rate: 80\%. Double-click it to open its menu.
- 3x Drop Coupon x3: Triples your item drop rate for 1 hour. The coupons don't stack with each other. They expire after 10 days if you don't use them.
- Super Miracle Cube x2: These reset the Potential lines on an item with revealed Rare to Legendary Potential. They have a higher chance to raise an item's Potential tier than regular Miracle Cubes.
