Empress equips from anniversary Boxes (JMS/KMS)

Well, I was wondering if JMS got the same event for empress equips as KMS and I'd like to ask a few questions about the equips from the boxes:

1)Is there a limit on how many equips you can get per character or Account?
2)Are the equips all average or their stats could vary?
3)Where the empress weapons for new classes (that were added before the event) added to the boxes (Hayato, Kanna, Phantom, etc)?
