I'm fairly sure 'invisible' flags represent skills that aren't available right away - I did a quick search in an old .55 extraction in the bowmaster skills:

See a pattern? They're all non-core skills. It's possible that the newly invisible skills may be unlocked from a Cygnus quest once they're released.

That's what I was thinking. Yeah, this does make a little easier to balance them out. I think they should need skillbooks, too. You know, mastery books for fourth job, except for these d00ds.

Flame Mage:
- Magic Claw is now fire elemental. The animation is changed to reflect the elemental shift.
- Fire Pillar's basic attack increased from 60 to 100
- Meteor now contains an invisible (?) flag
- Ifrit now contains an invisible (?) flag
- Fire Strike's basic attack weakened from 150 to 140

That really isnt nerfing, but anyways, I was going to choose this class anyways :D

One sec, borrowing Russt's numbers from the old thread:

Wind Shot: 490% * 3 / 1.26 = 1166%
Hurricane: 120% / 0.12 = 1000%
Strafe: 140% * 4 / 0.72 = 777%

-if they had SE-

Hurricane: 212% / 0.12 = 1766%
Wind Shot: 582% * 3 / 1.26 = 1385% <- disappointment...
Strafe: 232% * 4 / 0.72 = 1288%

Re-calculate using the new 350% for Wind Shot...

Hurricane: 120% / 0.12 = 1000%
Wind Shot: 390% * 3 / 1.26 = 928%
Strafe: 140% * 4 / 0.72 = 777%

Wind Shot now falls behind Hurricane even without SE now, which leaves only Magnum Shot as the Albatross transform's redeeming ability...

Since when? You used to be able to KB anything. Immobile bosses just wouldn't move.

if you use snipe, for instance, on zak, it should do his wierd looking flinch animation. but it doesn't.

give a decent 140+ pally an apple, and the same results (they hit 50k+ constantly).

put them at pianus, or heck even NEWTS don't have KB's anymore in gms. not sure about JMS.
