And it taste great! Why I made a thread about it....mostly because I first heard about that fruit from this site.

I think this is slightly more shenanigan material and slightly less speakesy.
Regardless, pomegranates are yummie. I love them in desserts.
Picture related, so pineappleing yummie.
Spoiler
I wasn't sure where it should go so i though speakesy would fit. Oh well, if it's moved, it's moved. :P I should try that next time on a dessert too.
(actually, it would be funny if people dislike this because of the pomegranates....that or they would give me pineapples. @-@ )
Love pomegranates :o
Also, just in case anyone isn't aware of an easy and mess-free way to get the seeds:
Fill a large bowl with water, cut the top off the pomagranate, place it in the water and continue to peel it/peel off the seeds.
The seeds will sink and the skin will float to the top
I never had one before. I'm thinking that it tastes sweet?
It's definitely not that sour. If I were to compare it to something else, I would think of it as a sort of mix between a strawberry and a raspberry in terms of flavor (mostly tangy but mildly sweet). Pomegranate juice can taste sour, though, just because stuff like POM's so concentrated that you're supposed to mix it with something else.
what if i admitted i have a pomegranate tree growing in my backyard, would anyone be jealous?
I guess I'll put need to taste this experience. I'm sure it'll be great since @Icedemontrihorn; liked how it was.
I just swallow the seeds without chewing them like normal people should
thats what i meant. @Zelkova; said there were too many seeds to actually enjoy the fruit but the seeds are the part of the fruit you are supposed to enjoy o_o.
