I'd say a, e or u. But I voted for e.
if you haven't picked a name by now, i really don't like the last one.
I said "Give me an 'o'!" and oops, turns out I equalized the vote.
Kageryushina sounds more feminine to me.
Shine and shino sounds like you're commanding someone to die (more specifically, Kageryu) and shini and shinu sound like you're saying you're going to die.
