Those 4th job skills are pretty crazy looking. Some of the best looking skills in game, especially that ultimate.

This job explains a lot about the additional options, doesn't it? In theory it'd also mean that allstat% would be the way to go for this character and I'm off to reserve an IGN!

I don't get your second sentence, anyway if it works like that and 100% Resistance is possible, adding DEX could be OP as pineapple.
Anyway, this could be a very smart move. 3 main stat, to get most out of it you MAYBE should just put 330 AP in each stat and cube all stat % all the way to hell.
Emblems, not just for Novas anymore. Only a matter of time before every class gets one just like with second weapons.
Making multiple stats the same for the damage range and attaching secondary effects to stats is a smart move which I hope they transfer over to every class.

statistically almost no.
for example compare 6% all stat vs 6% specific sat(ill use luk for example)
in the end your stats are 4/23/4/999(assuming u no pump hp) but for calculation purposes, ill use 0/0/0/1000 for example
with the other build like 500/0/0/500 as the other guy
6% luk on guy 1 gives a bonus of 60 points in luk
6% all stat on guy 2 gives 30 ap to each stat so in the end, you didnt gain much.
% potential doesnt affect + stats is the only reason why theres no "real" advantage to technically go all stat.
I think he means... 6%all vs 6%luk, 6%all would obviously be better assuming the damage formula is something like:
DMG = WA*multiplier*[K*(STR+DEX+LUK)]
Again this is an assumption that all 3 stats contribute equally to damage output. We need numbers! Also note that auto-assign puts all the AP equally amongst the 3 stats.
