I don't think there's a way to get them atm. Most of mine were from Ergos boxes, which maybe coming back? idk

Event-only, I'm pretty sure. Just wait for events to show up that may give those someday.

Guardian Scrolls are a thing, and weren't that expensive at what, 2400 a pop?. Enough events give these out that I have a handful of each type of ATT scroll scattered across a bunch (like 4-5) of my chars.
