Would this 1.5x Coupon stack with 2x event?

I have it saved from many months back, but I don't wanna use it now if it doesn't stack with the festival of lights 2x event.

Generally they do stack, unless the item description or Nexon stated otherwise. Usually it is pretty straight forward, EXP buffs does not stack with other EXP buffs but with everything else. Family bonus would cancel that buff out, and so would any EXP bonus from familiars, if there were any.
